Help to factory unlock my iPHONE 4s - Locked to UK 3

Hi,
I got a iPHONE 4s frm UK 3 months ago locked to 3 network. Trying for factory unlock since 3 months but the price is too high.
Please help me in doing factory unlock in low price..around 3K is fine

It costs like $5 to do it on EBay.

three will unlock it for 15.32 if you are the original owner, if not try ebay, but it aint cheap and it sure aint 5 dollars
