Add Day One Entries from Scribr Emails

OK here is a challenge for you all.

I currently have several emails in non chronological order in a long text file.

They are all replies to Scribr (an online journal service) with my entry for that day.

I would like to move these over to the Day One app.

Is there a quick way of doing this with Automator or Applescript?

The format of the text is thus:

Quote:
From: Tom Davey
Subject: Re: How was your Thursday?
Date: 31 May 2012 18:01:26 BST
To: Scribr <scrib+b6ceeb438dad379c27fc3f1a9e72af5652901f6a@myscribr.mailgun.org>

DIARY ENTRY GOES HERE
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
