After Sync, iPhone has ~300 Apps "waiting"
For the first time, I synced my iPhone 4 to my computer because I wanted to put a CD album thats not on the iTunes store on it. Not only did the music not sync, even after making sure my computer doesn't sync apps to the phone, It added like 10 pages of apps stuck on "waiting" onto my phone. I've reseted the phone, I cleared all settings, I tried deleting them one by one, but they keep re appearing. Now my phone's really slow and I want to avoid a restore. Suggestions?

Happened to me before and I had to restore to get it working again :/

Oh man, thats gonna be a pain. This happened to me when I used icloud to restore a backup.
I restored again after everything said "waiting" and luckily my itunes backup worked fine.
