I bought a 64GB iPod Touch at Target in mid October and now it won't wake. The battery was full when I went to sleep.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Returning is easy enough but I'm concerned about my info and emails on it. Is there any way to wipe it? I do have a passcode on it but this still concerns me.

This is very disappointing. I have one of the first 1g touches and it still works.

dude, have you try press both home and power button to wake it up?

Or try connect to itune see if its visible then restore and return it. (or exchange)

Must be something with the battery. I plugged it into my charger and laptop no response. I then tapped on the back of it and the low battery logo came on. It managed to stay on long enough for me to erase it.

Going to exchange it.
