Thumb resize.

Links to many different sites as there are options within the ad, but the main link is: http://www.kellogg.northwestern.edu/...anagement.aspx

Not to be a jerk, but it does take a few minutes to get the screen capture - upload it to a website and then make the post. I've always done this when I see an ad problem because I like this site (even though I am a demi and can easily block ads). It would be nice to get even a simple response from this. I think I'll pass on the trouble in the future.

We haven't yet identified the source of the ad, but we're working to eliminate it.
