iPod touch 4th gen refurbished any good?

The iPT 4th gens have gone down to $129 (leading up to black friday I'm guessing).

Are they any good? Is there a chance that these are non-refurbished ipods? (Since the ipod touch 8gb went off of regular sale and got replaced by a 16gb version, could the refurb 8gb ones actually be regular ones?

Nice price, but after my girlfriend got an iPhone 5, the 4" screen format makes my iPod 3rd gen feel so "square" and (fat).

Maybe so, but currently many app developers haven't made use of the iPhone 5s larger screen. So the 4th gen is still a good pick up.
