Can't connect my 4S to router after iOS 6.3.1 update

Was wondering has anyone encountered the same problem before, I tried to connect my home's wifi network but it circle timer icon keeps running forever while trying to connect online.

Try these steps!

1) Connect to the router manually from your phone (by choosing 'Other' and entering passcode.)
2) Reset 'Network Settings' on your device
3) Reset your router.

I tried those earlier : /, but some how my wifi is working again right now, thank you anyways.
