emailing pictures not .jpg

Been searching everywhere and can not seem to find a solution.
My iphone 5 all of a sudden is sending pictures but when the recipient gets them they come over as if they were copy and paste pictures, and not as an email attachment to open in a .jpg files. Also

This is when sending pictures 1-5 not more than 5.

I restored my phones and it worked until i backed up the setting it went back to the same issue came back.
