Exporting my calendars from my iPad

I have created a calender in the calender app that comes with ios on my ipad to journal a fitness program I have been using to log my daily progress. I would like to be able to export this calender or somehow save it to a PDF or sync it to my ical on my mac & save it as a PDF as ical seems to have this option for saving calenders.

If you are using 10.8.x (Mountain Lion) and iCloud you can just save the calendar to iCloud and it will appear into iCloud account in OS X & IOS that use the same iCloud account.
