Macbook Air Case or Sleeve?

I currently have a clear case snap on case for my macbook air and was wondering which one is better protection?
I am also considering buy the incase sleeve for the macbook air but I am a little worry if won't fit my macbook air plus case. Can I please have some input?

I am a big fan of almost everything that incase makes. I doubt it will fit the air with the case on it though. I have a small incase bag and the air fits in it tightly.

I plan on using both. The sleeve offers no protection while its in use, so the case is necessary as well.
