Youtube videos loading slow

Recently Youtube has been loading videos slow and I have been having to watch them in standard definition. My internet is running fine, is anyone having this issue?

Yep, it's the same here. I can stream a video 4x the size of a YouTube one fine from other sites but as soon as I try to play a YouTube clip... ouch.
