How to make a Flash Video?

Hi there

I would like to create a flash video of some sort and have no idea what program to use. Would imovie do? I created movies here but it was with webcam footage.

I need to create something from raw space mostly it'll be an idle background (logo), scrolling texts, a voice-over and music.

Please share some knowledge with me, thanks so much
