Push Notifications Not Working

I do not believe that Push notifications for Apps other than ESPN Scorecenter or any of the native apps are working. For example, I have nothing from CNBC or CNN today and usually have multiple push alerts by this time in the day. I have already rebooted the phone. Is anybody else experiencing this? Is there any way to test this?

How else can I troubleshoot this?

I would try soft restarting your phone and see what happens. This might be a hangover from the iMessage outage that happened yesterday.
