All I read on here is "Apple messed up the iPad Mini/ 4 launch" etc.
So I'll tell you my story -
-Pre-ordered iPad 4 at 8am on the day pre-ordering went live.
-Got a notification the next day saying the order had been processed and was preparing for shipment. Would deliver on Friday, Nov 2.
-Got a notification saying iPad had shipped on Wednesday.
-iPad delivered on Friday, Nov 2.
-Opened it, set it up, no dead pixels, no over-heating etc.
That is the same experience that 99% of people have had with the iPad launch but people make out like it's 1%.
Point is - new product, massive demand, 1,000 or so will have a problem, unlucky if it was yours.
