External HD no eject?
Hey guys;
Is it possible to set up an external HD connected to the Airport Extreme to NOT sleep. I have a media set-up that runs into problems if the HD decides to hibernate, just wondering if I can set it up so it doesn't hibernate Thanks |

It varies from brand to brand, and the onky sure fire way is to look at the manufacturers site and see what they say about the firmware...Some drives can be configured to remain active, others have the spin down and sleep functions built in. A little research should find you an external that will work as you wish.
