yes, its under a 1 year manufactures warranty.

Follow-up - they did replace my phone. Was a relatively painless process.

Take it to Apple, you have a year under warranty but the longer you wait the more likely they are to say it was user-damage.

No credit for the crap you bought. If you bought a Zagg they have a lifetime warranty. Not sure what what you bought. Now stop messing about and just take it in already.
