Members Experience With Apple In-Home Repair Service

Hi,

My 24 inch 2009 iMac needs to be repaired and Apple is sending a technician (through the in-home service program) to my home as the logic board, power supply and the hard drive have to be replaced.

I would appreciate hearing from members who have had repairs done on their iMac using the in-home service and what their experiences was like. Thanks!

I live in the U.S. and I am not sure if the in-home service repair is available in other countries but if you're interested in this service, you can contact Apple directly to find out if it is available where you live.

Service is also available in the United Kingdom and Canada.
