[iPad] User Agreement

I could have sworn that when I first turned my iPad on that it made me agree to certain terms of use. However I cannot find a 'terms of use' agreement on the Apple site. I found software agreements, but not hardware. Do they have one for the iPad?

Are you looking for the legal notices and license? That's on your iPad, in the general settings. A gabillion pages of fine print [exaggerating about the page count, but the print is tiny].

Sold my iPad so I could get a new mini, BUT would like to read the license before I do. Any reason why Apple doesn't list it with all their other licenses at their site?

It's listed; part of the iOS license section:

"IPAD, IPHONE and IPOD TOUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS"
