Can someone tell me if this SATA III HDD will work on my late 2009 iMac?

I have a late 2009 27" iMac and I'm looking to use the above drive. will it work?

Open the system information app.
Go down to serial ATA. Post the info. The part I circled is the important part.

Yes. SATA III is backward compatible. It will run at 3Gb/s in your iMac.
