Does the ipad 4 suffer the same 'wavy' screen issue when scrolling fast in portrait?
To test: put ipad in portrait mode, open safari then zoom in a forum page and scroll up/down fairly fast. You can see text goes diagonal/wavy. It probably still does as it was to do with the refresh rate, but I'm curious if the ipad4 does or doesn't. EVERY ipad3 does it, even if people are in denial. The video below makes it look worse than it is due to the exposure time but it highlights the issue. Yes esp when scrolling through photos in the photos app when in landscape mode. Ipad 3 did it and so does my 11 air. It has nothing to do with the CPU but the refresh rate of 60hz similar to the rolling shutter effect on digital cameras.

I have not been able to reproduce this on my ipad4. Neither with text, or in the photos app.

Most people don't notice it, but yes, it happens on every iOS device, including my iPad 4.

Odd, I haven't noticed that (what can be seen in the video) on my iPad 3 and I'm one of those people who is sometimes annoyed by 60 Hz flicker and ghosting/motion blur.
