Hello,
I'm a new premium Spotify user and i created my account via Facebook.

How do i disconnect my account through Facebook & activate a regular email account without having to pay another monthly subscription?

Not sure if this is what you're talking about, but try this. Go to preferences, scroll down to Social Network and click Disconnect from Facebook.

If you're only annoyed by the activity it shows on your timeline, you can set Show Activity to Off under More --> Settings --> Social. If you actually want to completely disconnect your account from Facebook, you'll probably have to end your subscription and renew it with a separate account. For the time being you can enable the private session, I suppose. Maybe the Spotify customer support can expedite the process?
