If you hold down the back/forward arrow it brings up your whole history for that specific tab and you can pick to go as back/forward as much as you'd like. Neat.

Wow that's pretty cool. I wonder why Apple isn't more upfront about gestures like this or swiping a notification banner right to left to dismiss it.

+1 on the tip though.

Thanks I've been trying to figure how to dismiss banners in iOS 6 for few days now.
