Mac terminal prompt display 'localhost' instead of computer name

Alright I'm not a whiz with the terminal if you can't tell. At some point my terminal quit displaying my computer name as a prompt and now says "localhost". I'm sure I might be off on the terminology so ...

Now instead of "Mike-Graces-MacBook-Pro" for example, it has ...

Any ideas on how to fix this?
