Change page view in Pages

This has probably got a really obvious solution, but can't seem to find it for the life of me. I accidentally switched the page view in Pages so that instead of there being a single page view, the pages are side by side. I prefer to scroll down and have single page view, how do you switch it back?

It's been really annoying me!

In full screen, click on the View button and select One Up instead of Two Up.
Those view controls are also on the far left bottom of the screen in regular view. (%)
