Adding External PCIe video cards to T/Bolt port
Am i correct in assuming that with this device
http://www.macfixit.com.au/drives-st...cie-cards.html I can insert a current generation PCIe graphics card and use this for HDMI connected output in place of the in built mac mini graphics chipset? |

Yes, but be certain first that the chassis provides the wattage necessary for the card you choose. Also, your best bet is to go with a card known to be fully supported by MacOS. Otherwise YMMV.

None of those work with graphic cards due to driver restrictions, they work with AJA and Blackmagic video processing cards and network stuff like 10GBit/s Ethernet and FibreChannel cards or any other card that's not a graphics card, though.
