printing Iphoto Album

i have created an iphoto album and want to send it to print via iphoto ('Buy' key). i can go through all the steps until the album composition but the application crashes at the beginning of the upload. i have tried many times, on several albums i created and it works for none of them.
does anybody have a solution? thanks
