iPhone fixed Internet speed question...

I am living in Spain and I have a slingbox back home in USA (best invention ever) and the quality is HD on my macbook pro. On my iPad 3 it's good, but lags on HD. I would like to get the iphone 5 soon and I was just curious with it being with the new lightning wire could I directly hook that up to my HDTV and do you think it would play perfect quality like my macbook pro? or be sluggish on HD quality like my ipad3?

I have fiber optic internet here, 100 mbps. back home I have 30 d/l and 5 upload...

thanks

Location: At the iPhone hacks section.
If you're connected to fast internet both from your place in spain and also the slingbox back in the US then it should play fine in HD.
Noone will know for sure till you try it though.

Lucky! We can't even get Fiber Optic here. Why don't you just hook up the Macbook Pro?
