Couple of iTunes 11 issues

It freezes randomly but only when my ipod touch is attached.

Also iTunes doesn't seem to scale properly. Sometimes when I open it some of the buttons and the scroll bar windup off screen. Even when its sized properly eventually it goes out of whack. Anyone else have this problem.
