iMac or PC

Stuck in a situation. Need to upgrade my Mac Pro 2008 to something. It is dog slow since March.

the new imac is great and all but the price tag is nuts. The tempting thought of saving money and having an external display with a PC is really driving its way into me since the iMac pricing was released.

I would use it for photoshop/painter/premier or final cut/modo/cinema4d/zbrush

Buy a mini then.
