The infamous green tint on Aperture

Hi!
I'm having issues with Aperture 3.2.2. All my RAWs from my T2i get this disgusting green tint after I restored my computer from a Time Machine backup. I tried reinstalling Aperture but it didn't work. People told me to delete the Raw Decode Preset.plist file but I didn't have one in the first place!
All my JPEGs from a cheaper point-and-shoot do not have this issue, and the RAWs look fine in Quick Look.

Also, when I import from my SD card it asks if I want to download unsupported files, usually .sh files.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Thanks!

You've probably fixed it already since this is an old thread, but just in case anyone lands here searching for the green tint issue, you can find a possible solution here.
