Is One To One transferable (sellable)

I bought a new iMac last December. I opted to buy the One to One for $99. It's been almost a year and I haven't used it or activated it. And since I'm going in for my second interview at Apple, I am hoping to get a job there so I will likely get all the training and more that One to One would offer. It sucks to be out $99 so I wonder if the service could be sold or even given to someone else.
