My brother is interested in buying my MBA. Will my apps still work once he signs on with his iTunes account? I also have a copy of MS Office.

Keeping it legal

Software purchased on the App Store via your apple I'd will still run, but your brother will need your pass word to update it.

The only legal way to give him your copy of Office is to give him your copy of Office; install disk, software key, etc. you can't both have it.

Some versions of office (Educational license, I'm thinking) will allow you to install it on two of your machines. Depends how you define "yours" but worth investigating.
