What are the downsides to their coverage? Besides not being able to go to the Genius Bar for a quick replacement... Is there anything else I'm missing out on if I go with their coverage?

You can go to an Apple Store for a replacement. WAG will then just mail you a check minus the $50 deductible. I checked around and they were the cheapest by far while still covering theft and having no limit on replacements.
