Re-Sizing Apple TV Hard Drive

I have successfully upgraded my apple tv 160Gb to 750Gb everything working.

I Used CopyCatX using two USB Adaptors attached to the drive simultaneously and cloned the 750Gb Drive using the 160Gb Drive.

But one little problem when i boot up the Apple TV fully working it shows every 20 seconds the apple symbol then reboots

Can somebody please help me

After much time wasted i managed to resize using iPartition as OSX 10.8.2 doesn't allow you to resize in MB's only GB's all good now only problem i have is because of the adapter to the SATA drive is a weird shape when the lid is put back the drive over heats looking to see either another type of adapter is available if anyone has any suggestions please let me know
