Anyone else think we may see OS X contextual menus unify with iTunes 11 style?

I was looking at the itunes menus when you click the arrow by a song and find them more attractive than the current right-click menus.. anybody feel that apple may want to take this UI design idea to OSX in general?? here's comparison screenshots
