I recently bought an Black Magic Intensity Shuttle (thunderbolt version) to record the screen of my iPad 2 on my MacBook Pro (early 2011). Next to that I bought a brand new thunderbolt and digital AV cable from Apple. The setup is nearly the same as the one in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ujRo7O58Yj4 although he uses an Intensity Extreme.

I've attached two images where you can see that the Intensity Shuttle is recognized by the Macbook and one with my complete setup. When I plug my iPad in the TV for mirroring using the HDMI cable and AV adapter, it works fine.

When I boot up the Blackmagic Media Express it shows no signal is coming through (on the Log and Capture tab), which is really frustrating. I've read a lot of things using Google that setting the video output on the iPad to NTSC. Although Apple removed that in iOS 5 or 6.
I tried nearly every project setting, from 720p 60hz to 1080p 29hz. Turning stuff on and off, nothing seems to work.
Attached are two more images showing what settings I have.

Anyone here that has experience and willing to share his/her thoughts?

Thanks
