[OS X] Mac Screen Recorder?

I play league of legends on a macbook pro 4bg ram and i want a screen recorder that will record league while keeping my fps above 40ish. Anyone have any suggestions from personal experience from recording games?(will pay for programs also)

Have you tried using the screen recorder in Quicktime?

I'd recommend Screenflow. I use it with a rMBP to create videos for a Mac gaming website and its pretty flawless. You can also edit with it so no need to export it to iMovie etc...

Yep, you could try Screenflow or Camtasia, which seem in my opinion similar in performance.
Quicktime is AWFUL (huge lag).....
