Screenshot of my 3G speeds attached, I have straighttalk (so AT&Ts network) and I've had horrid speed since the hurricane, is it just me, my town, or just LI/NY in general? My mom has AT&T but has a texting phone, and she has a poor phone/SMS signal too, so is it just AT&T, AT&T in my area, or is it some general after effect of the storm? Thanks.

Straighttalk doesn't get priority on the network, like normal AT&T phones do. Go try another HSPA+ AT&T phone on an AT&T plan. See what happens

there could be an issue with that particular tower in your area. have you tried driving 5-10 miles away to a different area and try to use a different cell site or is it all over? maybe try a hard reset or reset network settings.
