Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place in the forums. My wife received a new Asus laptop that she'd love to put iTunes on so she can sync her 3rd gen ipod touch.

The problem is that she has her itunes on a butt-old Dell Dimension desktop, and is convinced that she can't have two pcs with her itunes installed.

Is she correct?

iTunes 11

With iTunes 11, you can drag and drop files from anywhere into your iPod. It works great for me because my iPod stopped syncing with our old computer and when we got a new one I couldn't change computers without wiping all my app data. It even works with files from outside of your iTunes library, just have iTunes and the folder containing the desired files running side-by-side as minimized windows, then drag the files from the folder into the iTunes window and drop them into your iPod. Just make sure you've selected iPod>On this iPod>Add to... and you're set. :D:apple:
