[Price Advice] Should I make this trade?

Guy at my job offered to trade me his 15" macbook pro late 2010 i5, for my 13" late 2011 i5..... both our macbooks have 4gb. 500gb hd. Is this a decent trade?

Something tells me sky blue is just looking at the dates. His answer is stupid.

It's a great trade. You'll get much more graphical power and a higher resolution for a slight CPU power trade off.

15" has a dedicated GPU which is always an advantage.

Preference really, depends on the condition of both etc. I prefer the form factor of the 13" but I would love one with a dedicated graphics card. The retina 13" spoilt that option but the new Haswell CPU's due this year should remove some need of a dedicated card
