Have an error code from apple hardware test "4M0T/4/40000002: Exhaust -0"

Any ideas what the issue is?

Macbook Air 13" mid 2011

A wild guess: An exhaust fan has failed. Have you noticed your computer running hot? Loud?

No, doesn't make any noise, but it has an ssd drive and never gets hot.
