Seagate or WD network storage

Hello, I use Mac as my main computer but at work I have to use a PC in some cases. I use Samsung Galaxy Note as smart phone. I want to be able to access files stored on my Mac and the PC from anywhere. I am planning to buy a network storage drive. Which one do you recommend? Any user experience appreciated.

1. WD My Book Live 3.5 inch Home Network Hard Drive 3TB
2. Seagate GoFlex Home Network Storage System 3TB
3. Open for suggestion
