Select only TV Shows and Movies from Home Sharing to ATV?

I own two original ATVs and just purchased at Black ATV.

I understood the new unit streams vs syncs.

But I noticed that I cannot limit the Home Sharing content on the ATV.

I would like to limit the ATV to displaying only TV shows and Movies, and NOT display podcasts. It there any way to do this on the new ATV?

In iTunes, try Preferences>Sharing>Share selected playlists>Check only TV and Movies, not Podcasts.

Out of curiosity, why are you concerned about sharing podcasts?

I think that the Preferences>Sharing options are for Shared Libraries not for Home Sharing.

I would like to be able to limit what content is displayed on the ATV, much like I could with the 1st generation ATV I have. It would be nice is the current ATV could show up as a device in iTunes and be configured to only selectively stream content that would have been synced on the 1st Gen.
