I find the swipe-down Notification Center annoying, and I’m looking for a way to prevent it from ever appearing. I’m running 5.0.1 on a 4S.

I have removed all apps from NC, and I do not want it ever to appear. I have installed DisableNC Switch, so the NC will not appear in full-screen apps. I have used Activator to set “Slide In From Screen Top” to “Do Nothing”, but it does not provide me that option for “Slide In From Screen Top-Left” or Top-Right.

I know about the “Triple-tap Assistive Touch on-screen home button” trick to prevent an empty NC from swiping in, but I have to do that manually after every time I relaunch Springboard.

I want a way to permanently prevent the Notification Center from appearing on swipe-down. Do you know of one?
