Aperture looks different in the TV ads?

So I have got aperture, when using full screen mode (or any mode) it seems really stripped back and bare.

However in the TV ads (take colors for example). There is a toolbar that contains the RGB info, and alot of other stuff. I can't seem to find how to use that?

Press the H key while in full screen mode. It'll bring up the inspector HUD.
