Hi,
I know this is probably impossible, but I was wondering... Could I run Mac OS X Applications on my iPad?

IOS and Osx are operating systems compiled for different processor architectures. You can't run OSx apps on the iPad; OSx is compiled for x86 and the iPad uses Apple's own chip, based on ARM I think. Not only that, but the hardware is very different.
