Anyone using Memory Clean?

Noticed this at the App store. Is it a good idea or, like MacKeeper and suchlike, a very bad idea?

Not really needed*, but since it is on the Mac App Store (MAS), it probably can be trusted not to destroy your system after Apple's testing of it.
