Upgrade troubles
I recently bought a GS3 from Radio Shack and I returned it. I planned to buy an iPhone 5 the same day but they said i was ineligible for an upgrade. I called AT&T and they said it could take up to 3 days and it depended on radio shack. Kinda bummed because right now, i have no phone. Anyone have experience with radio shack on these matters? How long did it take? The guy who did my return seemed a little confused just going through the return process...

Wait a few days and your upgrade should be back.
Its not instant to do it the same day unless the rep calls AT&T tries to have your upgrade put back in the system manually. But a day or 2 wont hurt. Last edited by Applejuiced; Dec 11, 2012 at 10:40 PM. |
