Decipher this error log for me please

Below is an error log I got when trying to put in a Galaxy GT 640 after installing drivers. I had 1900xt in bottom slot of 1,1 mac pro with galaxy on top and hdmi>dvi plugged into 1900. Also, it seems everytime I go to shut down my computer I get the Apple version of the BSOD and when I manually power down and power back up it goes straight to Lion installer like I hit Command+R. It shows an Apple image on disk 4 when going to disk utilities but there's no way of removing because it doesn't appear when everything is fixed. I thought maybe it might be either trying to boot from that or an incomplete recovery image because when this happens if I just change the start up disk the problem is fixed until I have to shut down again.

Is this card Mac/EFI compatible? The card has probably not the necessary functions, which Mac OS X needs.

Looks like a compatibility issue I'm afraid:

Nvidia drivers are crashing. You're trying to run Kepler card in Lion. That won't work. These cards "support" has started from Mountain Lion. You need another card as you haveMac Pro 1,1. Get 560 Ti or similar.
See this thread: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1440150

Is this your card?

Yep that is my exact card I got. Well its not a huge deal as I've been saving up for some time for an imac and plan on buying one soon. I bought the 640 for my windows PC for hdpvr capturing and figured wth let's try it. The only thing I use my pro for anymore is graphic and web design work for school. Thank you for taking the time to figure it out
