Anyone in 3.-7. January timeframe, go their iMac 27" shipped?

Im in the 3.-7. timeframe, still processing...
With, 3.4 i7, 680 mx, 1 tb fusion. 3rd party ram.
Order was placed 30 nov, 7:00 PM CET (Central European Time)
I ordered just right after the dates changed to 3-4 weeks.

So i originally had 3-7 January now i have 19. december! Thats a BIG difference!

just thought id help a few people out who dont know this already.. I see alot of posts with people buying their 27 inch imac with 32 gb ram upgrade. STOP IT!!!! Its literally a 2 minute procedure you can do yourself, cost you a little over a hundred bux off amazon... Might as well do it now with this mac because it looks like in the very near future you arent gonna be able to do **** to your mac. Its gonna be one big piece of welded metal....hope this helps someone

Now I realized that it was not a good deal with Apple to buy 32GB of RAM, but now it's too late.... Or maybe? My order status is still processing....

But seriously...the spec page on apple clearly states user upgradable memory.

Yes, it is upgradable. I saw it on Cnet, and the guy clicked button over the power input. Then a small klap opened and there was RAM. But is's quite difficult to get there...

Called apple. Rep just indicated that it would definitely ship from overseas within the 3-4 week timeline from the order date which for me was Dec 5 so that's probably Dec 26 plus shipping time. I think the delivery windows are conservative.

Nice to hear you got your iMac shipped. However, I am becoming slightly annoyed at Apple. Not the fact that I still don't have my iMac but rather how Apple is shipping these computers out.

i wonder if its something to do with supply. x amount of component a so build those orders as parts come in batches from suppliers?
